This page explains what this website collects, why, and what it never collects. It covers the website only — not what happens in the studio.

The short version

We measure how the site is used so we can make it better. We do not sell your information, we do not run advertising trackers, and we never record anything you type into a form on this site.

When you browse

We use PostHog, a product-analytics tool, to understand how visitors move through the site — which pages are opened, which links and buttons are used, how far down a page people read, and general details like browser, device type and approximate region derived from your IP address.

PostHog also records session replays: a reconstruction of a visit that shows mouse movement, scrolling and clicks, so we can see where the site is confusing. Replays are configured to mask form fields, so what you type is never captured — not your name, your email, your message, or anything in a job application.

Visits are anonymous. We do not create a profile for you or try to work out who you are, and we do not combine this with anything you send us.

If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, we honour it and collect nothing at all. Analytics and replay are also blocked outright by most ad and privacy blockers, which we do not attempt to work around.

When you contact us or apply

The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. The careers form asks for your name, email address, something about you, and optionally a phone number and a link.

What you send is emailed straight to the studio. It is not stored in this website’s database, and it is not used for marketing. We keep the email for as long as we need it to reply to you or consider your application.

To stop the forms being abused, we keep a short-lived rate-limiting record containing the email address used and a one-way, irreversible fingerprint of the sending IP address. It exists only to count recent submissions.

Booking and class schedules

Class schedules and booking are provided by Walla, embedded from their platform. Anything you do inside the booking area — creating an account, booking a class, entering payment details — happens on Walla’s systems under Walla’s privacy policy, not this one. That area is sealed off from this site: our analytics cannot see into it, and it appears blank in session replays.

Cookies and local storage

PostHog stores a randomly generated identifier in your browser so that repeat visits are not counted as new people. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site ad tracking on this site. Clearing your browser storage removes the identifier, and the site works exactly the same without it.

Your choices

You can turn on “Do Not Track”, use a privacy blocker, or clear your browser storage at any time. If you have sent us a message or an application and would like it deleted, email us and we will delete it.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it and the date above is updated.
